Zone Service (Flexible Area-Based Scheduling)
Request service in your area. Once enough clients in that area align, a session is opened and booking access is released.
This allows services to be brought closer to you while maintaining efficiency.
If your preferred location is not currently active, a Zone can be established to group nearby clients, businesses, or residents together.
Zone sessions are scheduled within the following time windows:
Morning session: 10:00 to 1:00
Afternoon session: 2:00 to 5:00
Evening session: 5:00 to 8:00

Memberships and Credits
Memberships provide recurring service credits that are applied automatically at checkout.
They are designed to simplify booking while maintaining preferred pricing and priority access.
No gratuity is expected, and pricing is structured based on your level of commitment.
Upgrades are available depending on your membership type:
Collective members may upgrade from scheduled locations to Zone or VIP services for added flexibility and direct access
Royal members may upgrade to after-hours or express services for extended availability and priority scheduling

Upgrading Your Service
Members can upgrade at any time by submitting a request.
Once availability is confirmed, a private booking link is provided. Any active membership credit is applied toward the service, and the remaining balance is handled at booking.

Example of an Upgrade
You have an active membership credit for a scheduled location service and decide you would prefer a VIP appointment instead.
Your credit is applied toward the VIP service, and you simply pay the difference at the time of booking.
Your credit is never lost. It is always applied toward your service, with only the remaining balance due for upgraded options.

Getting Started
To begin, you may either book your first appointment or purchase a package or membership.
If you plan to purchase a package or membership for preferred pricing, it is recommended to do so before booking so your credits are applied automatically.
Your account is created automatically during your first booking or purchase, allowing you to manage future appointments, memberships, and credits.
A short intake form will be completed during your first booking.
You may choose between packages and memberships depending on your preference:
Packages are paid in full upfront and include a set number of visits that can be used toward eligible services. Each appointment counts as one visit unless otherwise specified.
Memberships provide recurring monthly credits with preferred pricing and added flexibility.
Both options are applied automatically at checkout once selected.
