General Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

By booking an appointment with The Gent’s Cuts & Shaves Club, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payments

  • A valid form of payment is required to secure all appointments.
  • Payments are processed through secure encrypted systems to protect your information.
  • All pricing is designed to be transparent and all-inclusive. Gratuity is already included in service pricing unless otherwise stated.
  • Certain premium services may require full or partial payment at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment will be charged the full appointment cost.
  • If a client disputes a no-show or cancellation charge and the dispute is ruled in our favor, the client agrees to cover all associated fees, including chargeback costs, administrative costs, and legal expenses.
  • Same-day appointments at Scheduled Locations may be canceled within 1 hour after booking without penalty.
  • Zone appointments are demand-based and are not confirmed until minimum participation is reached. Cancellation and rescheduling policies apply only after zone scheduling has been activated.

3. Consultations & Time Management

  • Clients are encouraged to bring reference photos or have a clear understanding of the desired service before the appointment.
  • If consultations or discussions exceed 10 minutes, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to maintain schedule integrity.
  • Consultation visits may carry an additional fee.
  • If time allows and the service extends into another available time slot, the service may be completed but may include an additional consultation or time extension fee.

4. Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or canceled.
  • Late arrivals may also be subject to a 50% cancellation fee if the service cannot be completed within the remaining time.

5. Service Locations

  • The Gent’s Cuts & Shaves Club operates as a mobile grooming studio.
  • Services may be performed at Scheduled Locations, Zone Locations, or VIP Locations.
  • Clients requesting service must ensure the location allows safe and reasonable access for the mobile studio.
  • If a location is unsafe, restricted, inaccessible, or unsuitable for service, the appointment may be relocated, rescheduled, or declined.

6. Scheduled Locations

  • Scheduled Locations are locations such as workplaces, partner properties, communities, or approved recurring sites where the mobile studio visits on a routine basis.
  • Clients booking at Scheduled Locations receive preferred pricing and convenient access during scheduled visits.
  • Availability at Scheduled Locations may vary based on demand and scheduling.

7. Zone Service Areas

  • Zone services are demand-based service areas created when sufficient interest exists within a geographic region.
  • Zone visits may take place at a central meeting location within the zone when appropriate.
  • Clients outside existing zones may recommend a location.
  • If a private group, business, community, or combined group meets the minimum participation requirement, a new zone may be established to provide service in that area.

8. VIP, After-Hours & VIP Express Services

VIP Services

  • VIP appointments are typically available with 24 hours advance notice and are scheduled at the client’s preferred location.

VIP Express

  • VIP Express provides same-day priority service and typically requires at least 3 hours notice.
  • VIP Express approval is subject to availability.

After-Hours VIP

  • After-Hours VIP services may be available outside normal operating hours and require additional fees.
  • VIP, VIP Express, and After-Hours VIP services may require full or partial payment at the time of booking.
  • Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed.
  • VIP Express appointments are manually approved based on schedule availability and are not guaranteed.

9. Health & Safety

  • The Gent’s Cuts & Shaves Club reserves the right to refuse service if a client displays signs of illness or poses a health risk.
  • Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical concerns prior to services being performed.

10. Liability Disclaimer

  • By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge that grooming services involve inherent risks including but not limited to minor cuts, skin irritation, allergic reactions, and sensitivity to grooming products.
  • The Gent’s Cuts & Shaves Club is not responsible for reactions resulting from undisclosed sensitivities or medical conditions.
  • If a client experiences an issue related to a service, notification must be made within 24 hours so the matter can be reviewed.
  • Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction related to personal preference.

11. Changes to Terms

  • These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.
  • Continued use of services after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
  • Major policy updates may be communicated through the website when applicable.
