Membership Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By purchasing or enrolling in a membership with The Gent’s Cuts & Shaves Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Membership Structure
Collective Club memberships provide preferred pricing and priority scheduling for routine grooming services.
Memberships primarily apply to scheduled location appointments established within buildings, communities, or designated meeting locations.
Members may upgrade their appointment to Zone service, VIP service, After-Hours VIP, or VIP Express by paying the difference between the membership rate and the upgraded service rate.
Membership does not guarantee service at a specific location or time and remains subject to scheduling availability.
2. Membership Commitment & Billing
Memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) months.
Membership fees are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis using the payment method on file.
Membership pricing reflects preferred member pricing and may include adjusted upfront costs designed to prevent misuse of discounted services.
Membership services do not accumulate or roll over if unused.
3. Appointment Scheduling & Missed Appointments
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and remain subject to availability.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in the service being forfeited for that billing period.
Missed appointments or no-shows will also result in the loss of that service.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may result in temporary suspension of membership privileges.
4. Membership Requests & Changes
All membership updates, cancellations, or service requests must be submitted through the Client Updates & Requests form.
Requests submitted through text message, social media, phone calls, or other informal communication channels may not be processed.
This process ensures requests are properly documented and handled in the order received.
5. Zone Service Upgrades
Zone service may become available when multiple appointments are scheduled within the same geographic area.
Members may upgrade a scheduled appointment to a Zone service when zone scheduling becomes available.
If a member resides near an established zone, a meeting location within that zone may be coordinated when possible.
Members are responsible for paying the difference between membership pricing and the Zone service rate.
Members may also recommend a location or help establish a new zone if minimum participation requirements are met.
6. VIP Services
VIP Service
VIP appointments are available seven (7) days per week during normal business hours.
VIP bookings require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice and remain subject to availability.
Members may apply their membership pricing toward VIP services by paying the difference between the membership rate and the VIP service rate.
VIP Express
VIP Express is a priority same-day service option.
VIP Express requires a minimum of three (3) hours advance notice and remains subject to availability and approval.
After-Hours VIP
After-hours VIP appointments may be available outside standard business hours and require additional fees.
7. Payment Issues & Membership Suspension
If a membership payment fails, the client will have three (3) days to update payment information before services may be suspended.
Repeated payment failures may result in membership termination.
8. Refunds & Chargebacks
Membership payments are non-refundable once charged.
Membership benefits cannot be transferred to another individual.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
If a chargeback or dispute is determined to be fraudulent or unjustified, the client agrees to cover all administrative costs, chargeback fees, and legal expenses associated with the dispute.
An additional $250 administrative recovery fee may apply to chargeback cases resolved in favor of the business.
9. Service Pricing
All service pricing published by The Gent’s Cuts & Shaves Club is designed to be transparent and all-inclusive.
Gratuity is already included in our service pricing unless otherwise stated.
Additional gratuity is always appreciated but never expected.
10. Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use of membership services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
